The completely renovated, independent farmhouse apartment which is situated just outside Vicenza on the “Via della Rotonda” a bit further into the “Valley of Silence” than Palladio’s famous Villa Rotonda, is surrounded by woods and farmlands and yet only a 5 min. drive to the city center. An incredible position! The house is equipped to hold 5 people. For extra persons please enquire.
The main entrance leads to a first floor living and dining area.
Next to it a fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast nook, an adjacent laundry room with washing machine, a small toilet and a back door.
A stone staircase leads to the upper floors: the Middle Level has two bedrooms and a bath with tub and shower; the master bedroom and bath with shower are on the third floor under the eaves.
In all over 100 sq. meters (1100 sq. ft).
There is a full view of the Rotonda and the Villa Valmarana ai Nani from the windows, across the farmland.
The surrounding property has ample terrace and lawn space on three sides of the house for sitting, playing and parking cars.

How to reach Vicenza
By train:
Vicenza is on the line Milano -Verona -Vicenza -Padova -Mestre -Venezia, 2 hrs from Milan and 1 hr from Venice.
By car:
From Milano-Verona take the "Vicenza Ovest" exit from the Autostrada A4. (200 km -124 miles- from Milano, 50 km -31 miles- from Verona)
From Venezia-Padova take the "Vicenza Est" exit from the Autostrada A4. (60 km -37 miles- from Venezia, 30 km -19 miles- from Padova)
